1. Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Canada, Europe, AU/NZ: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Times are estimates; customs or carrier delays may extend delivery.


3. Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address.
Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees.


5. Lost Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier investigation.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact contact@sippumatcha.com within 7 days with photos if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.


7. Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/taxes.
