Placing an order constitutes a purchase agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
Finding the product cheaper elsewhere is not grounds for a refund, return, or chargeback.
By purchasing, you agree to the price displayed at checkout.
4. Consumable Product Return Restrictions
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used matcha powder.

5. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Once tracking shows a package as delivered, the order is considered complete.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sippu Matcha is not liable for:

Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in Travis County, Texas.
